Abstract (English):
Razrabotan sposob sinteza novyh predstaviteley klassa pervichnyh benzolsul'fonamidov, perspektivnyh agentov dlya lecheniya otkrytougol'noy glaukomy i neyrodegenerativnyh zabolevaniy. Byla razrabotana metodika O-alkilirovaniya 4 gidroksibenzolsul'fonamida alkiliruyuschimi agentami razlichnoy prirody, obespechivayuschaya myagkie usloviya i selektivnost' processa. Pokazana neobhodimost' aktivacii N-zameschennyh 2-hloracetamidov i 5-(hlormetil)-3-aril-1,2,4-oksadiazolov kataliticheskoy dobavkoy yodida kaliya v reakciyah O-alkilirovaniya fenolov. Primenimost' razrabotannoy metodiki prodemonstrirovana na 12 primerah sinteza O alkilproizvodnyh 4-gidroksibenzolsul'fonamida, poluchennyh s vyhodami ot 28 do 86%. Chistota i stroenie novyh soedineniy dokazany sovokupnost'yu metodov YaMR 1N, 13S i elementnogo analiza.
