Application of an ERP system for processing intelligent data based on integration with human capital
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to discuss the topic of processing intelligent data using an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, which can provide detailed reports on all of the company's internal accounting requirements. These reports acquire the intelligent attribution necessary for the sustainable development of the company's operations. In terms of management goals, the ERP system offers intelligent solutions for detailed reporting and analysis. The application and processing of these intelligent data can be accessed and implemented in real-time if the company's staff is well-trained to interpret the results generated by the ERP system. In order to optimize the reporting and analysis of key data, it is recommended that human capital represents the added value of the integrated system before the use and implementation of the ERP system. To achieve maximum productivity in the company, it is recommended that both human capital and structural capital (ERP) work in close collaboration. The formation of theoretical concepts about the role of humans in economic and social processes occurs during the development of a new conceptual framework that combines theories of human development and economic growth. Automated design represents the integration of technical science methods based on the use of databases, software libraries, and communication subsystems. This concept involves the deterministic specification of the system's goal and the elements of the system, as well as the rules (procedures, constraints, functions, etc.) that govern and define the actions of the elements within the specified structure. The conducted research, based on the analysis of questionnaire responses, evaluated the importance of transitioning from accounting software to an ERP system specifically designed for the company's needs and integrated into the organization's management system, taking into account the requirements for human capital utilization. Based on the findings, conclusions were drawn about the effectiveness of using the ERP system for time management and improving the organization's performance.
