V nastoyaschey rabote predstavlen variant komp'yuternoy modifikacii molekul cefalotina natrievoy soli s penicillinom, yavlyayuschiysya novoy strukturoy, potencial'no proyavlyayuschey antibakterial'nuyu aktivnost'. Vyyavlena zavisimost' mezhdu farmakologicheskoy aktivnost'yu, farmakokineticheskimi pokazatelyami, a takzhe toksikologicheskimi svoystvami ot struktury soedineniya. Issledovanie osnovano na primenenii komp'yuternyh tehnologiy, pozvolyayuschih modelirovat' farmakologicheskie svoystva novyh soedineniy. Predlozheny novye strukturnye modifikacii ishodnyh molekul s uluchshennymi pokazatelyami beta-laktamaznoy aktivnosti.
