This article comprehensively analyzes the current issues related to the impact of manipulative strategies implemented within the framework of international movement of capital (IMC), due to their significant impact on achieving the macroeconomic goals of states. It is emphasized that such strategies not only distort the main economic indicators, but also cause the emergence of stable negative trends that hinder the formation of a balanced and predictable economic environment. In the logic of scientific research, attention is focused on the complex identification of correlational and causal relationships between the implementation of financial manipulation and the dynamics of national economies, as well as on a detailed analysis of possible consequences for long-term economic stability, institutional security and the effectiveness of economic policy. Using a broad methodological framework that includes both qualitative and quantitative methods, including empirical data analysis and comparative procedures, it was possible to substantiate that manipulative activity in financial markets often leads to a significant distortion of real economic growth indicators, an intensification of the risks of financial crisis phenomena and a decrease in confidence in key regulatory institutions. The results obtained allow us to conclude that there is an urgent need to develop effective regulatory tools and regulatory mechanisms in order to minimize the negative effects of manipulative strategies. The practical significance of the data obtained is manifested in their applicability to issues of economic policy formation, financial supervision, as well as the modernization of educational programs aimed at improving financial literacy. The vector of further research should be aimed at understanding the factors contributing to the construction of stable market structures, a systematic assessment of the impact of innovative technologies on the evolution of financial manipulation, as well as the formation of effective models of international cooperation in the field of prevention and risk management of financial regulation.
