В исследовании рассматривается влияние мер государственной поддержки на ключевые финансово-экономические показатели сельского хозяйства России, включая объем капитальных вложений и рентабельность отрасли. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью точной оценки эффективности использования бюджетных средств в условиях ограниченного финансирования, а также внешних вызовов, таких как экономические санкции и погодные риски. В работе анализируется результативность субсидий, специальных выплат и налоговых льгот, направленных на стимулирование инвестиций и улучшение финансовых показателей сельскохозяйственных предприятий. На основе официальных данных Росстата и отчетов Министерства сельского хозяйства РФ была разработана математическая модель, базирующаяся на агрегированных показателях по десяти регионам России за период 2010–2024 годов. Для оценки использовался метод наименьших квадратов с поправкой на региональную специфику. Согласно полученным результатам, наблюдается статистически значимый положительный эффект. Коэффициент корреляции между объемом господдержки и капитальными инвестициями составил 0,8029, что свидетельствует о тесной связи. *(Далее вариант: Влияние на рентабельность оказалось менее выраженным (коэффициент составил 0,0001 и требует дополнительной проверки / что может говорить о влиянии неучтенных факторов).* — Если вы настаиваете на цифре, нужно объяснить этот нонсенс, иначе это ошибка). Модель учитывает дополнительные факторы (валовой региональный продукт и инфляцию) как контрольные переменные, позволяющие точнее оценить эффект именно от мер поддержки. В исследовании учтены территориальные различия и временные ограничения, что позволило выработать практические рекомендации по совершенствованию существующих подходов. Полученные результаты могут быть полезны при разработке стратегии развития национального агробизнеса с акцентом на адресное инвестирование в новые технологии. Таким образом, данная работа развивает инструменты количественного анализа в аграрном секторе и открывает перспективы для дальнейших исследований, в частности, изучения нелинейных зависимостей и географического распределения эффектов господдержки.

The research considers the influence of government assistance measures on the main financial and economic aspects of agriculture in Russia, including the volume of capital investments and the overall profitability of the industry. The topic is particularly relevant due to the need for an accurate assessment of efficient budget money spending in limited funding and external problems such as economic constraints and weather risks. The research examines the effectiveness of subsidies, special payments, and tax breaks to promote investment and improve the financial performance of agricultural enterprises. Based on official Rosstat statistics and reports from the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, we developed a special mathematical model based on aggregated data from ten Russian regions, 2010-2024. We also used the least squares approach adjusted for regional specifics. According to the results, there is a significant and statistically confirmed positive effect: the correlation coefficient for capital investment is 0.8029, for profitability – 0.0001. The model includes additional factors (local GDP and price growth) as effective ones in terms of this particular support. The research considers the territorial differences and time limits to suggest the practical guidance on improvement of existing approaches. The results are useful for effective development of the national agribusiness strategy, with an emphasis on targeted investments in new technologies. In general, the research helps to develop quantitative analysis tools in the agricultural sector and is prospective in terms of nonlinear dependencies and geography.
