    <p>С целью эффективной функционализации бифармакофорной молекулы 8-хлор-3,4-дигидро-1H-[1,4]оксазино[4,3-a]бензимидазола в реакциях электрофильного нитрования и галогенирования изучено влияние температуры процесса и времени внесения электрофильного агента на региоселективность реакции SEAr. В ходе данных реакций происходило образование двух изомерных 7- и 9-замещенных продуктов. В большем количестве образовывался 7-R-8-хлор-3,4-дигидро-1Н-[1,4]оксазино[4,3-a]бензимидазол. Уменьшение температуры реакции и концентрации электрофильного агента в реакционной массе увеличивали селективность процесса образования данного изомера.</p>
