V stat'e rassmatrivaetsya reaktor sernokislotnogo alkilirovaniya struynogo tipa, prednaznachennyy dlya polucheniya vysokooktanovogo komponenta benzinovoy frakcii i aviacionnogo topliva. V promyshlennyh usloviyah v kachestve syr'ya obychno ispol'zuyut uzkie frakcii, soderzhaschie neobhodimye uglevodorody. Iz parafinovyh uglevodorodov naibol'shee prakticheskoe znachenie dlya alkilirovaniya imeet izobutan. V nastoyaschee vremya izobutan ispol'zuetsya kak syr'e v sravnitel'no nebol'shih kolichestvah. Kachestvo poluchayuschegosya alkilata snizhaetsya v zavisimosti ot ispol'zuemogo olefina. Na promyshlennyh ustanovkah organizuyutsya novye tehnicheskie meropriyatiya, napravlennye na uluchshenie tehniko-ekonomicheskih pokazateley raboty. Takim obrazom, osnovnymi tendenciyami sovremennogo processa sernokislotnogo alkilirovaniya yavlyayutsya: stroitel'stvo novyh moschnyh ustanovok na osnove sovershennyh tehnologiy; uvelichenie resursov syr'ya dlya proizvodstva alkilbenzina; poisk novyh metodov i katalizatorov alkilirovaniya izobutana olefinami i razrabotka na ih osnove vysokoeffektivnyh tehnologiy.
