    <p>В условиях цифровой трансформации экономики эффективное развитие человеческого капитала приобретает статус приоритетного направления структурной модернизации. Одним из ключевых механизмов, обеспечивающих актуализацию профессиональных компетенций и повышение производительности труда, выступает система дополнительного профессионального образования (ДПО). Настоящая статья раскрывает теоретико-экономические основания значимости ДПО как инструмента гибкой адаптации рабочей силы к изменениям в технологическом укладе. Особое внимание уделено проблеме недостаточной персонализации образовательных траекторий, приводящей к отчислениям и снижению отдачи от инвестиций в обучение. В качестве решения рассматривается внедрение технологий по сбору цифрового следа и предиктивных моделей сопровождения обучающихся (Predictive Student Guidance Technologies, PSGT), обеспечивающих динамическую настройку индивидуальных образовательных траекторий. На основе анализа мировой практики и теоретических разработок предложена концептуальная модель цифровой экосистемы ДПО, направленная на повышение эффективности формирования человеческого капитала. Исследование носит междисциплинарный характер и ориентировано на интеграцию экономической теории и цифровых образовательных технологий.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>In the context of economic digital transformation, the effective development of human capital becomes a strategic priority for structural modernization. One of the key mechanisms for updating professional competencies and increasing labor productivity is the system of continuing professional education (CPE). This article explores the theoretical and economic foundations of CPE as a tool for the flexible adaptation of the workforce to changes in the technological paradigm. Particular attention is paid to the issue of insufficient personalization of learning trajectories, which leads to dropout and reduces the return on investment in education. As a solution, the study considers the use of digital footprints and Predictive Student Guidance Technologies (PSGT) for the dynamic adjustment of individual learning paths. Drawing on global practices and theoretical insights, the article proposes a conceptual model of a digital CPE ecosystem aimed at enhancing the efficiency of human capital development. The research takes an interdisciplinary approach, integrating economic theory and digital educational technologies.</p>
