    <p>Нарастающая конкуренция на рынке труда порождает процессы, которые можно отнести к проблеме адаптации к сложившимся условиям. Система образования всегда выполняет функцию оказания помощи населению эффективно жить и работать в быстро изменяющемся мире. В настоящее время основной целью образования становится не простая совокупность знаний, умений и навыков, а основанная на них личная, социальная и профессиональная компетентность – умение самостоятельно добывать, анализировать и эффективно использовать информацию. Поэтому в учебных планах высших учебных заведений существенная часть часов отводится на самостоятельную работу. Но есть еще один важный запрос общества к системе профессионального образования – научить конкурентоспособности на рынке труда. Целью данной статьи является определить, на эмпирическом уровне, насколько эффективно используется технология портфолио в формировании личного брендинга, как инструмента конкурентоспособности. Постановка задачи установления как протекает процесс формирования личного брендинга является актуальной так как трудоустройство выпускников входит в показатели аккредитации вуза. Сама технология портфолио давно внедрена в систему высшего образования, часть пути пройдена, однако, согласно результатам нашего исследования, она не достигает своих целей. Причина в формальном отношении к данной технологии со стороны системы образования, что неоправданно. Исследование показало, что мотивация к овладению навыками самопрезентации есть, профессиональная карьера занимает высокое место в иерархии социальных ценностей студентов. Сложившееся противоречие требует своего управленческого решения. Метод социологического опроса позволяет зафиксировать информацию, с помощью которой можно дать описание изучаемого процесса и выявить разницу между разными учреждениями. Основным результатом можно считать тот факт, что формирование навыка ведения личного портфолио зависит от целевых установок образовательного процесса университета. С точки зрения оценки этого многолетнего процесса технологии портфолио в системе высшего образования, количество не знающих, что это такое и зачем это нужно, говорит об отсутствии внимания со стороны управления к необходимости обучать выпускников способам создания личного бренда. В целом, полученные данные дают основание дать отрицательную оценку процессу овладения обучающимися технологии портфолио как инструмента личного брендинга и конкурентоспособности.</p>

    <p>The increasing competition in the labour market emerged the problem of graduates' adaptation. The education system helps to live and work effectively in a rapidly changing world. Nowadays, the major purpose of education is personal, social, and professional competences. Indeed, the ability of the graduates to analyse and effectively use information is one of the most demanded. Therefore, an independent work of the students takes a significant place in the curricula of higher education institutions. However, to be competitive in the labour market is the one urgent task of the modern education. The purpose of this study is to determine empirically the effectiveness of portfolio technology for personal branding development in terms of competitiveness. Indeed, the process of personal branding development is relevant since the employment of graduates is included in the university's accreditation indicators. Despite the portfolio technology has been introduced into the higher education system, according to our research, it does not achieve its goals. The reason is the formal and unjustified attitude of the education system towards the technology. However, our research shows a high ranking of motivation to master self-presentation skills, professional career, etc. Therefore, there is a need to address this contradiction through the effective management. The sociological survey method allows us to describe the process under study and identify the difference between educational institutions. Indeed, the skill of personal portfolio development depends on the objectives of the educational process at the university. Moreover, many students are not informed about the portfolio technology. We possess it a result of insufficient management in terms of personal brand development. In general, according to research results, mastering of portfolio technology as a tool for personal branding and competitiveness is quite poor.</p>
