The article examines the relationship between macroeconomic indicators. In particular, the relationship between gross national income (GNI), employment, labor productivity and export activity of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period 2000-2024. The relevance of the study is explained by the need to identify factors affecting the economic growth of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of economic transformation and instability. The purpose of the work is to assess the strength and direction of the relationships between these indicators. For this purpose, the methods of correlation analysis, graphical comparison, PEST and SWOT analysis were used. According to the results of the analysis, it was found that the GNI demonstrates a positive trend. Labor productivity and exports of goods and services have the greatest impact on its growth. Employment shows a weak correlation with GNI. The SWOT analysis revealed the strengths of the economy (high labor productivity, export potential), risks associated with commodity dependence and weak development of human capital. The scientific novelty of the work consists in quantifying the influence of factors on GNI and formulating practical recommendations for the development of non-resource areas and improving the efficiency of labor resources. The results obtained can be used in the adjustment of state economic policy and the development of national sustainable development programs. Methods: correlation analysis, graphical interpretation of dynamics, PEST and SWOT analysis methods. Results: it was found that labor productivity and export indicators have a statistically significant impact on the growth of GNI. Employment shows a weak correlation with GNI. Conclusions: it is necessary to strengthen policies aimed at increasing the efficiency of labor resources and developing export potential.
